Contact us without accepting Terms
Email support@ohmymori.com with Privacy request in the subject and describe whether you want access, correction, deletion, export, information about processing, or an applicable objection or appeal. You do not need to pay, reinstall Dear Mori or agree to Terms to make a request.
Information to include
For connected account data, identify the account email used in Dear Mori and contact us from it where possible. If your request concerns a purchase, an order reference may help. Tell us your country and state/province only where needed to determine the applicable rights. We may request proportionate additional verification if necessary.
Do not send a password, full payment-card details, identity document or private journal unless a separate lawful and necessary verification process has specifically been established. Do not send another person’s information merely to prove your relationship to them.
For a parent or representative request, explain your role. We will distinguish authority to act for a child from a request to access another adult’s information.
How requests are handled
We will acknowledge the request, identify the applicable requirements and respond within the period required by law. Where a lawful extension or refusal applies, we will explain it and any available complaint or appeal route. If you disagree with our response, reply with Privacy appeal so the issue can be reviewed.
Account, transaction, support and provider-held information require a different search from a journal export. We will coordinate with relevant service providers where required.
Local information and deletion
Your private journal stays on your device in current commerce flows. Export it through Settings if you need a copy, or clear Dear Mori’s Android app storage to erase local records. Clearing storage also removes local progress. Separately erase exported files from destinations you control.
