Email support

Report an intellectual-property concern

Email support@ohmymori.com if you believe supplied artwork, writing or software infringes your rights. Identify the work or right, the app material and where it appears, the reason for your concern, your relationship to the rights holder and a reply address. We will review sufficiently identified concerns and request any reasonably necessary clarification. Do not send passwords or private journal entries. Preparing an email does not submit a report until you send it.

Missing Petals or purchased items

Connect to the internet and use Settings → Purchases and account → Restore purchases with the same account used for the original purchase. Pending payments receive Petals when verified. Spent Petals are not granted again by restoration. A cancelled or interrupted app response does not necessarily mean Google cancelled the payment.

Your wallet updates when you purchase, spend, restore or use Sync now. Use Sync now to check changes from another device. Purchases and spending are verified with the server. Inactivity does not impose an ordinary expiration timer on purchased Petals.

Mori and wish uses

A 300-Petal Mori purchase gives permanent ownership. One active wish at a time per owned Mori is free, including starting another after closure. Each extra simultaneous wish on the same Mori consumes one use when it starts. Uses cost 150 Petals for one or 400 for three; unused uses never expire. These are not permanent slots, and closing or expiring a wish does not return its use. Buying uses does not start the 30-day timer.

Your Mori remains owned when a wish ends. Free practice remains available between wishes. There is no automatic subscription or renewal charge. Mori Bond preserves the reviewed connection progress but does not supply unlimited wish uses.

Moving a journal or changing accounts

Use Settings to export a password-encrypted journal file and import it on the other device. Keep the password; we cannot recover it. The journal file does not contain currency, ownership or Terms receipts.

Purchased balances and entitlements are restored separately through the original connected account. Earned Petals and free collection progress stay local. Item purchases use earned Petals first and purchased Petals for the remainder. Switching accounts preserves the separate local journal.

Wellness and symbolic use

Dear Mori is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Mori and wish records do not guarantee real-world results.

Your arbitration choice

The Terms offer a 30-day written opt-out from arbitration after you first validly agree to that arbitration agreement. A valid opt-out also removes its associated arbitration-only class-proceeding restriction and leaves the rest of the Terms and your app access intact. Read the Terms for the timing, required information and email notice route. You do not need to sign in or accept Terms again to submit a notice.

This link prepares a message; it does not submit a notice until you send it. Arbitration opt-out is separate from privacy requests and from the app’s optional diagnostics choice.
