Wellness and Symbolic Use

Reflection, not a promised outcome
Dear Mori offers small reflective activities, guided pauses, breathing and symbolic Mori. A health, recovery, fertility or other intention expresses a personal interest; it is not an assessment or promise. The app cannot guarantee luck, protection, recovery, conception, safe childbirth, success or fulfilment of a wish.
Medical information
Dear Mori is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The app is not therapy, medical monitoring or an emergency service.
Participate at a pace comfortable for you, stop an activity if it causes discomfort and choose another action. A breathing timer or completed activity does not measure your health. Do not delay necessary professional help because of an app activity or Mori.
Use guided breathing, movement or attention exercises only when your surroundings make it safe to pause. Do not follow them while driving, operating machinery or doing something where distraction could cause injury. Stop if you feel dizzy, distressed or uncomfortable, and obtain appropriate professional help when needed.
Your choice and your records
You can stop an exercise. App progress, paid connection points and completed wishes are digital records, not proof of real-world improvement. Buying progress does not substitute for care or cause a desired outcome. Review the privacy information before connected purchases involving intention-specific metadata.
